Daniel MacCuish

It is with great sadness, we the family of Daniel MacCuish announce his untimely passing at home on Sept. 7th, 2021 at the age of 73. Born in Glace Bay, Daniel was the son of the late Hugh and Anna (MacDonald) MacCuish-Deap and his step-father John Deap.

Daniel was employed with McKillop Flowers, Sydney River, NS. He will be fondly remembered as a quiet gentle man who liked to joke and tell stories. Daniel will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him especially his 'special' group of friends.

As per family request, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Forest Haven Memorial Gardens. A graveside service will be held at Forest Haven on Thursday, Sept. 23rd at 2 PM.

Donations can be made to a charity of choice.
