Dennis Steele

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our father Dennis Steele on November 15, 2019 at Harbourstone Enhanced Care surrounded by his loving family. Born in Sydney River, he was the only son of the late Freeman and Jeanette (MacPherson) Steele.
Dennis worked at the Sydney Steel Corporation for over thirty years until he retired. He loved Cape Breton and all its beauty. He thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
Dennis is survived by his children Glenn (Brenda); Mark; Chris and three grandchildren. Besides his parents, Dennis was predeceased by his son Troy, daughter Catherine and his loving partner Judy.

A private Memorial will be held at Forest Haven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Parkinson Society of Canada. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Haven Memorial Gardens. Online condolences may be sent to www.foresthaven.ca
