Donna Marie Pottie

It's is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Donna Marie Pottie, 69, of Framboise on Sunday, Jan 15th, 2023 at St Marthia's Hospital in Antigonish. Donna was born in Sydney, NS on October 26th, 1953 to the late Jeanette Dawe MacDonald & William Charles MacDonald.  

 Besides her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her beloved Husband, Raymond Stanley Pottie, and her brother Howard MacDonald.   Donna is survived by her Son, Shawn Pottie, Brother Earl MacDonald, Sisters; Ann MacDonald, & Linda Winsey, Sister-in-law Evelyn Burke Morrison (David),  Nieces & Nephews , Billy Forget, Donna Forget, Adam Winsey, Allison MacDonald Puccia, Jd MacDonald, Chris MacDonald (Roxy Mason), Matthew MacDonald (Madison MacRae), Howie MacDonald (Josie Sutherland), Nathan MacDonald (Autumn Thyser), Great Nieces & Nephews; Carrisa,  Jason, Brian, John, Lexi, Hayden, Raea, Acre, Maya, & Madison.

 The Family would like to thank the ICU Unit at St. Martha’s Hospital for their care & compassion. We also like to thank Gladys Lahey, Tania Colliar, & Cindy Pottie. 

 Cremation has taken place, A Graveside Memorial will take place at a later date. Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Haven Memorial Gardens & Crematory.

 Gone but never forgotten, luv Always
