Emily "Diane" Snow

Snow, Emily Diane, aged 70 passed away peacefully at Victoria Haven Nursing Home on December 31, 2020. Born in Sydney on November 25, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Winnifred (Royle) Squires.

For many years, Diane dedicated herself to the “Time Out” program at First United Church as coordinator and publishing the newsletter was something she very much looked forward to. Her natural kindness showed in her love for her numerous cats over the years, with her Calico being her favourite.

She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Gary; daughter Sharon; brother Charles (Molly); nephew Steven (Evelyn) Squires; David (Nancy); Terry (Sue); Glen (Heather); Joe; Carolyn (Daniel) Deleskie and Janie (Tom) Bennett.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by in-laws Robert (Ellen) Snow.

Cremation has taken place under the care of Forest Haven Memorial Gardens and a time to remember Diane will take place at a later date. Donations in her memory may be made to the Parkinson Society of Nova Scotia.
