Leonard "Bill" Cote

We regret to announce the passing of Bill Cote on Nov. 26, 2020. Born May 19, 1937 in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late Louis and Sarah (MacLean) Cote.
Bill was a member of the Air Force from 1954-1957 and worked for Devco, retiring in 1992 as an electrical safety inspector.

Bill is survived by his wife of 55 years and best friend Carmen (Spencer), daughter Stacey, brother Danie (Eunice), sisters-in-law Lois and Cassie, and many nieces and nephews.

Bill was predeceased by his parents, siblings Francis, Arthur, Louis, Father Joe and Rita (MacDonald), brother-in-law Henry (Spencer).

Under the direction of Forest Haven Memorial Garden, cremation has taken place and, as per Bill’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to An Cala Palliative Care Unit (CBRH), Canadian Diabetes Ass. or charity of choice.
