He really was a one-of-a-kind, straight up, amazing and unforgettable man. He would always be telling stories about his childhood out on the Gannon Road and in Georges River. At a young age, he and his brothers flew the coop and set out on their own to find work away, there was a lot of unspoken stories, a lot of laughs and even tears. But one thing was for sure about him, he loved Music and it was probably one of his biggest past times. He was definitely one the biggest classic rock and roll fans to anyone who knew him. With an ice-cold beer in his hand and a great rock song on, Dad was in his absolute glory. We were always more than certain Dad was also a drummer in his past life. Another huge part of his heart was food, it was definitely a great passion of his, always cooking and making big scoffs. He would frequently talk about the large supper gatherings his family used to have when he was younger. He was very smart, lucky, down to earth and always hard working.
He was a great man who simply just loved his kids and family more than life and he always made sure that we all knew it too.
Here for a good time, not a long time.
We will miss you forever.
