Theresa MacLennan

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Theresa Ann
(Dunn) MacLennan at the Northside Guest Home, North Sydney, NS on
Saturday, April 11, 2020.
Theresa was born September 29, 1935 in Benacadie, Cape Breton, the
daughter of the late Alex J. and Mary Ann (Farrell) Dunn.
She is survived by her sons, Alex (Beverly), Port Hope, ON, John (Rose),
Edmonton, AB, Stephen (Amanda), Sydney Mines, NS. Daughters
Florence Anne Waldron, Sydney and Mary Kennedy, Westmount, NS. 8
grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her
brother Joe (Kay), Ontario.
She was predeceased by her husband, Mick, son Michael, granddaughter
Melissa Kennedy siblings, Mike, Pat, Neil, Anthony, Angus and sister Mary
MacKinnon.
No memorial services are scheduled at this time but to be determined at a
later date.
A special thank you to the staff of the Cape Breton County Homemakers
who brightened her day over the years. Also to The Northside Guest Home
for making her cared for and comfortable in her final days, thank you.
