William (Bill) Nazaire Pottie

Peacefully, Bill Pottie crossed over to the spirit world.

He left his comforts of home as a young man  to travel for work.  Throughout this time he painted a colourful life. He was a jack of all trades who was fearless to try any new adventure.

With his charismatic personality he could easily be remembered as Wild Bill.

He will be sadly missed by his three children , Suzanne (Cam), Bill (Lori) and Monique.  Along with his  6 grandchildren, Deverell, Danielle, Joshua, Connor, Kaeden, and Kyler.

Bill had many close friends within his community who cared for him with unconditional love.

Special mention to Lester Fourgere as well as Joe and Ann Briand for doing so much. His life had a better quality because of his circle of resilient and caring people - “Unsung heroes”.

He lived for his two little dogs who gave him purpose. Flowers are gratefully declined but if you would like you can make a donation in his honour to The Elder Dogs of Nova Scotia.

Although he is no longer with us, he will never be forgotten.
